2. Caulking replacement is not included in our cleaning services. Severely worn, damaged, or mold-stained caulking cannot always be restored through cleaning and may require removal and replacement by a qualified professional

3. We love making homes sparkle. To ensure we provide you with the highest quality service, we kindly ask that areas to be cleaned are free of clutter and that personal items are put away before we arrive.

4. We are responsible for cleaning surfaces and floors; as organization services are not included, maintaining clear spaces allows us to work efficiently.
