By booking with Myrtle Cleaning Services, you agree to the following:

Cleaning-Ready Homes

All areas must be cleared and accessible before arrival. We clean — we do not organize. Unprepared areas may be skipped or charged extra.

Pricing

Prices are starting rates and may change based on home condition, size, or additional requests.

Payment

Payment is due at time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Heavy Buildup

Excessive dirt, grease, pet hair, or neglect may require extra time or fees. We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains or damage.

Add-Ons

Add-ons should be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

Pets

Pets must be secured during service for safety, we do not take pet out for walks.

Access & Utilities

Property access, water, and electricity must be available. Lockouts are treated as late cancellations.

Cancellations

24-hour notice required. Late or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50%.

Satisfaction

Concerns must be reported within 24 hours so we can address them.

Damage

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or unstable items.

Photography & Media Use

To showcase the quality of our work, Myrtle Cleaning Services may take before-and-after photos or short videos of cleaned areas within your home.

  • Photos are taken only of cleaned spaces and never include people, personal documents, or sensitive items.

  • Images may be used for marketing purposes, including our website, social media, and promotional materials.

  • Client names, addresses, and identifying details are never shared.

  • By booking our services, you grant Myrtle Cleaning Services permission to capture and use these images.

  • If you prefer not to have photos taken, please let us know before your scheduled cleaning, and we will fully respect your request.

Your privacy and trust are always our priority.

Right to Refuse

We may refuse service for unsafe conditions, aggressive pets, or hazardous materials.
